Environment of use:

  • Used for signal transmission 
  • For high current / high voltage use
  • Tested in a temperature chamber (Temperature range: from -40 °C to +85 °C)

Types of cables to be used:

  • Assembled with 0.5mm2 or smaller wires
  • Assembled with higher than 0.5mm2 wires

Are there any parts that the customer provides?

  • DUT side was provided by customer

Post-production tests:

  • Basic inspection (Visual and electrical inspection)
  • Automatic electric test

  • Schematic diagram

Brief description of cable by the customer:

At the customer's request, we had to adjust the wire sequence on a cable we manufactured to match the modified pinout and route new wire strands within the harness. After the modification, the customer required electrical testing to be performed.

Price range: 30-50 euro/rework *
