Brief description of cable by the customer:

The customer requested the production of 180 cables, which were connected to a measurement tower manufactured by us. On one end, the cable is equipped with one DUT connector, while the other end features one D-SUB 9 connector and two banana plug connectors. The cables were assembled with 0.5 mm² wires and twisted FlexRay cables, and were labeled accordingly. A special request included a unique identifier barcode and an additional label on the cable. Procurement of all components was entrusted to us. The customer provided the pinout and schematic diagram. Another special requirement was compliance with low and high temperature test environments and a 100% leakage test against ingress of liquids.
